This is more about the company than any particular item, although I love their clothing/shawls and have purchased a number of them throughout the years. I recently needed to replace a few of my black shawls as I wear them a lot. I made a purchase and accidentally bought two of one item, and the company was quick to fix the error before shipping. However, someone stole the package in our locked mailroom after it was delivered. :( Dealing with the company was a delight and a very human experience. I felt badly to want replacements while the missing package hunt unfolded, but they sent a new package to me with a no worries attitude and we had a lot of open correspondence during the process, as I wanted to update them on the latest news with the missing package--for example, I filed a missing package report the US post office. Usually, it seems communication goes awry when dealing with companies, and/or there is no communication at all and if there is, it is not personable and human. I interacted with Kae a lot and they were amazing. I feel like buying more things just because Kae was so wonderful, and the correspondence was so helpful. Kae also made sure I had updated shipping/tracking information and checked in to make sure I received the package the second time it was delivered. I did. The items were fabulous as usual, but such a refreshing change to have such a positive non-corporate experience with a company. I definitely want to continue to support them and all the good work they do and who/how they are. Thank you so much, Kae! You are appreciated!
